Grant has driven the value creation and implementation of sales and marketing channel strategy in emerging and developed markets. Grant has amassed direct business experience in most countries within the Middle East and Sub Saharan Africa regions. He has an in-depth first-hand understanding of numerous local operating environments and how major regional hubs influence them. 
Grant has been shown to be a motivational leader by example, productive in cross-functional, geographically distributed (incl. virtual) teams and projects. With his global experience, Grant is driven by the opportunity to deliver significant, sustainable increases in sales and profitability.

He is passionate about building and leading teams, nurturing talent whilst delivering on stretch targets. He has a clear understanding of how to interact and operate across the diverse cultural and national bases, leading in both high growth environments as well as in turn around situations.

His skills and experience encompass commercial and BD/sales leadership in large multinational corporations, the development of sales channels and routes to market (direct and distributor led), team recruitment, development and management. Possesses a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in various countries across Africa, CIS and the Middle East, in both turn-around and high growth environments, and has experience in both physical product distribution as well as services. Has an international mindset having lived in UAE, Mozambique, Uganda and South Africa.
